As detailed in Slides 16 and 17 of our corporate profile, Hetaixing expanded overseas in 2018 by establishing a dedicated 4,000 ใก manufacturing facility in Chonburi, Thailand. This modern base is specially dedicated to professional outdoor backpacks, military tactical backpacks, heavy rifle cases, gun bags, and tactical body armor plate carriers.
The facility operates 5 dedicated automated production lines with 40 computerized sewing machines on each line (200 computerized workstations total), powered by 500 specialized stitchers and technicians. Achieving a daily output of 10,000 pieces per day, this facility provides an invaluable competitive advantage for American and European tactical brands: Zero Section 301 punitive tariffs to the United States and Form A / ASEAN duty-free entry into European and Asian markets.
